Fulfilix Cloud ("Fulfilix", "we", "us") provides commerce management software for restaurants, pharmacies and retailers. This policy explains how we handle personal data across our website, applications and support channels.

- Operational data — orders, inventory, shipments and accounting records you enter into the platform.

- Support data — messages, attachments and call notes shared with our team.

Your data is used to deliver and improve the service:
- Providing, securing and maintaining your workspace.
- Processing transactions and generating reports for your business.
- Sending service notices, onboarding guidance and, with consent, product updates.
- Detecting fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vetted processors who help us operate the platform — hosting, payment processing, courier integrations, email delivery and analytics — each bound by contract to protect it. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We apply role-based access control, row-level security, audit logging and continuous monitoring, and we run regular penetration tests and backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry standards including SOC 2 and GDPR.
6. Data Retention
Account and operational data is retained while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation so you can export or restore it. After that it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except where longer retention is legally required.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
